Who handles your information

Promotional codes

If you join email updates to claim an offer, the signup explains that choice before you submit. I keep your consent, signup source, claim date, and any redemption with the private business records. The code is linked to your email to enforce the offer’s usage limits. Unsubscribing later stops marketing and does not revoke a code you have already earned.

Your browser tab remembers an earned code and the associated email until the offer expires or the tab closes. A separate browser preference remembers a dismissed offer banner for seven days. Clearing browser storage removes these local preferences; you can recover an earned code using the same email while the offer is active.

Information collected

The inquiry form collects the name and email you provide, your band or project name, requested services and formats, requested dates and times, location details, and your message. It also records your acknowledgment of the deposit policy and Terms of Service, the versions you accepted, and the time the inquiry was received.

The site and its hosting provider process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and pages requested, to serve the site and prevent abuse. Do not put passwords, bank details, card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in the message field.

How information is used

I use inquiry details to answer your request, plan and quote the project, coordinate scheduling, prepare invoices, deliver agreed work, keep business records, and resolve issues. I do not sell inquiry details or use an inquiry as permission to add you to a mailing list.

Availability checks use the requested time window to return only Available or Unavailable. They do not expose calendar event titles or create an event. Confirmed bookings are added separately after the details and deposit are settled.

Services that help run the site

GoDaddy provides website hosting and mail infrastructure. Google services support email, calendar coordination, and a private contact list in Google Drive. These providers process information needed for those functions. Inquiry records are stored outside the public website directory and are not public galleries.

If you request a travel estimate, the city, state, and routing coordinates are sent to Nominatim and OSRM/FOSSGIS services using OpenStreetMap data. The travel lookup does not send your name, email, or project message. Gallery links open Pixieset, which operates under its own privacy policy and may ask for an email to access a collection.

PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle handle payments on their own services. This website does not collect your payment passwords or full bank or card credentials. Providers and linked social platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. I may also retain or disclose records where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or resolve a dispute.

Optional email updates and follow-ups

If you choose email updates, I record your email, your consent wording and version, the date, and the signup source. Updates can include new work, booking openings, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe through the link in an update or by emailing me. An unsubscribe stops marketing updates without cancelling a project or booking.

Contact records and follow-up status are kept in a restricted Google Drive file. An automated assistant helps organize contacts and prepare drafts for my review. Follow-ups about a requested project are kept separate from marketing. Existing Pixieset contacts are not treated as marketing subscribers without a recorded opt-in. A minimal unsubscribe record is retained to prevent unwanted re-enrollment.

Analytics and browser storage

The site uses Metricool for visit statistics. Its tracker sends the page address, referring page when available, and viewport dimensions to Metricool. Metricool states that this website tracker uses no cookies or persistent visitor identifier, and that the connection IP is not stored. See Metricool’s explanation of its website tracker.

You can turn off site analytics below. A Global Privacy Control signal also prevents this site from loading the analytics tracker. This choice does not disable basic hosting or security logs, and it does not change the settings of external sites you choose to visit.

The site uses local browser storage to remember the last displayed gallery choices and your analytics preference. Gallery storage contains gallery identifiers. The inquiry form also saves your unfinished answers in session storage in the current browser tab for up to two hours after your last change, so a reload does not erase your work. Drafts are not submitted until you press Send inquiry. Clear draft removes the saved answers; successful submission also clears them. Deposit agreement and marketing opt-in are not restored from a draft. You can clear that storage in your browser. An inquiry acknowledgment is separate from any choice about analytics or marketing.

Retention and security

Inquiry and project records are kept as needed to respond, carry out agreed work, maintain business and tax records, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. How long a record is needed depends on the project and applicable obligations. You may request deletion; some records may need to be retained for those reasons.

The site uses HTTPS and access controls for private records. No website, email service, or storage system can promise absolute security. Email me if you believe inquiry information has been exposed or misused.

Your choices and requests

Email sinister666star@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information. I may need to confirm that the request is yours without asking for unnecessary sensitive information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. If you disagree with a response, reply and ask for it to be reviewed.

This site is intended for adult clients and authorized booking contacts, not for collecting information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian should handle bookings involving minors. If a child has submitted information, please contact me so it can be addressed.

Policy updates

The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be described on this page. New uses that require consent will be handled separately rather than treating an earlier inquiry as blanket permission.
